If you are a young person needing assistance with housing, you can contact us directly on 07 3284 4805. A youth worker will ask some questions to gather some information about you and your circumstances and determine what options are available to you.

What to expect
The length of accommodation at Chameleon Housing will be determined on your needs and goals. It will also be determined by your ability to work within our program. You will receive one on one support from a youth worker who will help you identifying goals and assist you with reaching those goals, including securing longer term independent accommodation. You will also get support with living skills and things like:
meal preparation
clothing
medical needs
transport
navigating Centrelink
education, training and the resources you need to succeed
employment options
The share house accommodates up to four young people at one time. All on their unique journey, all residents are asked to respect that, each other and the house.
